Sales Pipeline — stpierre.ai. Live call through to cash collected.

Sales Pipeline

Primary KPI: Cash Collected
What this is
The sales pipeline. It takes a booked call all the way to money in the bank.
Who owns it
One of the two master pipelines. Akash owns it outright — the call, the client, the money.
The one number
Cash Collected. Cash that actually lands, not deals promised.
What Collins does here
Builds the pre-call briefs, the demo engine, and staged follow-up drafts. He never sends and never closes.
Read time
About 3 minutes.

Read it two ways how it runs today, and what it becomes

Human-run today

Akash runs it by hand

Every step below is a person doing the work right now.

  1. 1Live call. Akash runs the call. He logs the outcome and a short brief within 1 hour. If they are not a fit, it ends there.
  2. 2Active deals. Not closed yet? It moves to follow-up. Akash confirms each call 24 hours ahead. Four branches catch the rest: Reschedule, Unqualified, Not Ready, Ghosted. Each branch has its own value-email cadence (a set series of helpful emails).
  3. 3Close. Akash sends a Stripe deposit link. Stripe is our card-payment tool. The deal is $3,900 or $7,800. Once paid, it is Cash Collected.
Agent-run end state

The agent preps, Akash still sells

Where this pipeline is headed once Collins builds it.

  1. 1A sales agent builds a pre-call brief and a custom demo before every call.
  2. 2The VSL (video sales letter) runs as a feed ad, not a separate web page.
  3. 3Akash keeps the close forever. The agent does the prep; Akash does the selling.
Live pieces already running
  • The sales-projections agent forecasts closes and flags deals at risk.
  • GHL (our customer database) runs a 17-stage pipeline.
  • A person-level tracking core shipped 2026-07-12. It follows one buyer across every ad and touch, and feeds the pre-call brief.

The gap Collins builds what turns today into the end state

Pre-call brief generator
Pull the tracking timeline and the application answers into one page for each call.
Today Akash gathers this by hand.
Custom-demo engine
Build the demo each lead sees before the call.
Not built yet.
Follow-up drafts
Auto-draft the value-email cadence for the Reschedule, Not Ready, and Ghosted branches.
Drafts only — see the hard rule below.
🛑
Hard rule — nothing here ever auto-sends
Nothing in the sales pipeline sends on its own. Collins pre-drafts each follow-up and stages it as one manual action. Akash reads it, then sends it. No exceptions.

The offer + the proof

The model

It is a $0-down, pay-after-results deal. The client pays after they see results. The close is a deposit-model deal, paid through a Stripe link ($3,900 or $7,800). Deal logs live in the brain (our shared memory) and show up in-app.

Proof — always these three, together
$5M+ in mktg spend managed 10X-23X ROI Generated 10 guaranteed high-ticket jobs in 90 days (or you don't pay)
These three are the only proof numbers we use. Never invent others.
Plain-English glossary — skip on day one
GHL
Our customer database. It tracks every lead through 17 stages.
VSL
Video sales letter — a short video that pitches the offer.
Stripe
The tool we use to take card payments online.
Value-email cadence
A set series of helpful emails sent to a lead over time.
Person-level tracking
Follows one buyer across every ad and touch, so we know what led to the sale (built in a Hyros-style way).
The brain
Our shared memory. Deals, alerts, and logs live here.

Stage map the human-run flow, drawn out

This is the same three-stage flow above, as a picture. Click any circle for its step-by-step.

LegacyEyeFly era, not the current process. The old map handed each closed client to a separate CSM and a "Client Ops" pipeline. That is retired. Under St. Pierre, delivery lives inside Sales — there is no separate customer-success team.
Call Booked from Setter Pipeline
  • Log the outcome + a short brief within 1 hour
Live Call Akash (closer) Log outcome within 1 hour
Not a Fit
  • Not the right niche or revenue size — no more outreach
  • Send the Stripe deposit link when ready → Cash Collected
  • Confirm attendance 24h before each call
Active Deals (follow-up call booked) Akash (closer) Confirm 24h before each call
Need to Reschedule
  • Follow up until rebooked
  • No reply for 7+ days → Ghosted
Terminal exits if unresolved
Unqualified Not Ready Ghosted
Each branch has its own value-email cadence. Collins drafts every email; Akash sends it by hand.

Goes back to Active Deals if rebooked, or to a terminal branch if it stalls.

  • Confirm the deposit landed in Stripe
  • Log the deal in the brain — name, amount, date
  • Delivery starts inside Sales
