Creative Production pipeline for stpierre.ai. Read it two ways: how it runs today by hand, and what it becomes when agents run it.

Creative Production Builder build

Turn a brief into launch-ready creative. This page reads two ways: how it runs by hand today, and what it becomes when agents run it.

What this is
The pipeline that makes ads and posts from a brief.
Master pipeline
Builder — Collins builds it.
KPI
# New Creatives
What Collins does here
Learn both sides. Then close the gap between them.

Legacy — read this first
The old B2C client-creative track is dead. There is no outside client list. All creative now serves St. Pierre's own funnel and the 5 shows: The Bet, Big Mike, The Giveaway, The Viewpoint, and Proof. The "B2C → Client Ops" branch on the stage map below is stale. Keep it only as history.

What Collins automates

What is already live
LIVE Content Strategy Agent — picks what to make
LIVE Repurposing Agent — turns one video into many posts
LIVE sp-organic-publisher — posts one piece a day
LIVE Hardened statics system — makes image ads
LIVE 11 carousel templates
LIVE 3 B-roll libraries — stock clips to cut from
The gap Collins builds
BUILDING Get the daily slate running end to end: newsletter, organic post, one AI-UGC, carousel, and tweet/note statics. (AI-UGC = an AI-made, user-style video)
BUILDING Build the self-improving hook loop. Hooks are still hand-picked.
GATED The queue auto-filler waits on an approval gate.
BUILDING Lock the format specs — like what a tweet-style static looks like — so agents stay inside them.
Who owns what
Collins builds + runs

Builds and runs the content and production agents. Closes the gap above.

Akash records + approves

Records the flagged face and voice items. Approves each wave before it ships.

Standards Collins must obey

LEGACY Old EyeFly-era model. Dead. History only.
LATER Held on purpose until a trigger fires.
What you do next

  2. Start with the daily slate. Get it running end to end.
  3. Keep every hook and creative inside the standards above.
