Status: Legacy — predates the current funnel & offer (reviewed 2026-07-13)
There is still a sales call, but leads now arrive through the booking-gated custom-demo funnel (Typeform → Calendly → auto personalized demo → confirmation SMS → sales call), not a manual setter handoff. The offer is $0-down, pay-after-results (canonical brand v1.9); the deposit close uses Stripe links ($3,900 / $7,800). The old "$1 start", "no sales call", and monthly-MRR framing are dead.
1
Live Call
  • Call is in progress with a qualified prospect from the Setter team
  • Confirm fit: niche, revenue threshold, and current business situation
  • Present the offer — address objections in real time
  • Rate the call: Hot, Warm, or Cold — log immediately after
  • If qualified: confirm next steps and get a follow-up call on the calendar
Fit confirmed and follow-up booked (→ Active Deals), or not a fit (→ Not a Fit)

2
Active Deals (Follow-Up Call Booked)
  • A follow-up call is confirmed and on the calendar
  • Send any requested info, case studies, or proof before the call
  • Confirm attendance 24 hours before — reschedule early if they flag an issue
  • If they cancel without rescheduling → move to Need to Reschedule
  • If ready to move forward → send deposit link (Stripe $3,900 / $7,800) → Cash Collected
Next call happens (→ Cash Collected or repeat), or call falls off calendar (→ Need to Reschedule)
3
Cash Collected
  • Deposit link paid and payment confirmed
  • Log the deal: client name, deposit collected, close date, and SOW scope
  • Announce in the brain deal log (surfaces in-app; Slack is deprecated): "Deal Won: [Client] — $[deposit] deposit"
  • Brief the Client Ops team: business type, offer, expectations, and client's key motivators
  • Send the client a welcome message — onboarding triggers automatically
Payment confirmed, Client Ops briefed, onboarding triggered
Hands off to Client Ops Pipeline (onboarding triggers automatically on Cash Collected)
